At the 2023 Annual Canadian Call Management Association (CAM-X) Convention, hosted in Calgary, Alberta, a remarkable moment unfolded for Intercon Messaging as our team proudly received not one, not two, but three national awards in recognition of our service.
Intercon Messaging received our 23rd consecutive Award of Excellence, our 22nd Award of Distinction (Top Score), and our 5th consecutive Award of Excellence Plus Dispatch for exceptional call management and response.
Every single call that CAM-X reviews and rates for their programs goes under the microscope of an autonomous panel of industry judges, who meticulously evaluate our call handling prowess for "enhanced service" applications. Courteous behaviour, proper call techniques, expedient response times, accuracy, and a robust approach to customer relationship management are all integral elements to this evaluation - upholding the pillars of the call management industry.

Our team won the prestigious 2023 Call Centre Award of Distinction, Top Score, presented by the Canadian Call Management Association, the Industry’s Trade Association, for providers of call centre services, including inbound order desk, help desk, and web-enabled customer assistance.
